Dana Cosby spends most of her time advising and coaching organizational leaders on how to build and preserve organizational capital--the structures, culture, and processes that maximize momentum and minimize risk. Dana’s professional experience spans 30 years in both the private and public sectors. She began her professional life as a tax consultant with two Big 6 Accounting firms and as an associate for a large, regional law firm in Louisville. She, then joined the public sector: first, as the Public Service Program Director at the Louisville Brandeis School of Law and, second, as a special assistant to the Mayor for Louisville Metro Government. Her most recent roles include: contract analyst for an 80-year-old construction company, legal solutions architect for a fintech startup, COO/general counsel for a strategic marketing and communications agency and as a director for an alternative legal services provider headquartered in San Francisco.
